Dear client,
 
We would like to pay your attention to the conditions of our structure:
 
1. CHECK-IN from 02:00 p.m.
 
2. CHECK-OUT till 10:00 a.m.
 
3. Tha payment must be done at the moment of arrival
 
4. Is also requested  a DEPOSIT of € 200,00
 
5. The Deposit will be returned after having controlled the conditions of the apartment  and the restitution of the keys.
            
6. Every damage will be curtailed from the Deposit.
 
7. Every key lost costs € 15, 00
